Review of 50 Ways to Ruin a Rake by Jade Lee
I loved this story, it was a lighter side of Jade Lee. I laughed out loud. Trevor and Mellie have known each other their whole lives, but never saw each other as anything but acquaintances. Trevor was there is visit her father not her. Trevor is a typical aristocrat but he is not deliberately snobbish, that's just the way his world is, and he has never really tried to change. Mellie is a very intelligent young cit who can push back when she needs to. She has the ability to see people as they really are. When Trevor comes up with a plan to get his inheritance back and find a husband for Mellie she is reluctant, but goes along with the scheme of a false betrothal. They go to London and the fun begins. As the days go along Trevor realizes that he is fascinated by Mellie. This is a story about how love can sneak up on you without you knowing it until what you thought you never wanted is all that you want. Loved this story!!! Jade Lee knows how to write compelling and sensual books. Received an ARC for an honest review.
